At World Class Kits, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund policy before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was sent.
  • Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized jerseys (custom name and number) cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
  • Items ordered in the wrong size are not eligible for refunds. Please check the sizing information before ordering.

Shipping

  • Orders are processed and shipped to customers. Delivery times are typically 10–14 business days, but may vary.
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control are not grounds for a refund.

Lost Packages

  • If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.
